Refund Policy

Simple rules, because document work should not come with a negotiation.

Failed jobs cost nothing

If a job fails, the credit returns to your balance automatically.

Unused credits

Refundable within 14 days of purchase, minus credits already spent, back to the original payment method. Email 15334786577@163.com with your PayPal transaction ID.

Pro plans

Cancellable with a pro-rata refund within the first 7 days; after that the plan runs to the end of its period.

What we cannot refund

Credits spent on completed jobs. If the output did not match the tool's description, tell us — we will credit you back.

Disputes

Please email us before contacting your bank. Every job and download is logged, so we can usually resolve it in one exchange.
